IOD Service
IOD service, or SIMCARD 64K in other name, is a type of simcard that has 64K memory - 4 times bigger than normal SIM. After an user chooses the desired information on the menu integrated into Simcard 64K, the system will send a reply by text message (SMS).

IOD service - SIMCARD 64K offers customers a simcard with 64K storage, which is four times larger than a normal SIM. Users can choose different features on the built-in menu of Simcard 64k, and receive SMS from the system.

With content provided via Simcard menu, customers will no longer need to remember any message syntax like other Vinaphone services, which are currently using numbers such as 8xxx/6xxx/9xx/4xxx.

Customers must have Simcard 64K integrated with IOD service menu. Customers can check whether IOD service is integrated on Simcards by installing the Simcards and search for the Menu "VinaPhone" on mobile Phones.

IOD Menu on Simcard 64K is compatible with all types of GSM mobile phones. 

No registration is required to use the service. The system will deduct service charges based on the number of inquiries made by customers.
