On September 16, 2025, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) issued Decision No. 169/QD-VNPT-HDTV-NL establishing the Media Corporation - Branch of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT-Media).
VNPT-Media was previously formed under Decision No. 89/QD-VNPT-HDTV-TCCB dated May 8, 2015, on the basis of reorganizing VASC Company, the Information and Public Relations Center, and the research and development departments of digital content and value-added services of VDC Company and Vinaphone Company.
The establishment of VNPT-Media Corporation - Branch of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group is an important step in restructuring and rearranging VNPT Group member units to streamline operations and increase efficiency, in line with the comprehensive digital transformation strategy and the goal of enhancing the Group’s competitiveness in the new period.
