The Vietnamese Talent Awards 2017 is officially launched on May 30th 2017. At this time, the organizers of the Awards have already received submissions. In order to get the best results, the candidates should be aware of these following things:

To honor IT products towards The Fourth Industrial Revolution, encourage entrepreneurial spirit in the ICT industry and to extend the opportunities for all talents in this field, this year, the IT awards will have three major prize systems, including: Potential IT Products; Startup IT Products; Mobile IT Products. The deadline for entries is September 30th 2017. The awards ceremony will be held in Hanoi on November 16th 2017.

What does a complete application package include?

A complete application form for the Vietnamese Talent Awards in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) must include: a written registration form signed by the author or the group authors (compulsory); a hard copy and a CD version of Product Description, Intellectual Property Rights of Products, all validly signed by authors and group authors (compulsory). There must be a full and clearly list of which parts are owned by the author, which parts are taken from available products. Intellectual property rights are counted from the date the Organizing Committee receives the candidates ‘application.

Note: The products are divided into 03 product systems: Potential IT Products; Startup IT Products; Mobile IT Products. Therefore, when registering for the contest, the candidates need to refer to the mentioned classification criteria to select the right category for their products.

For products that have successfully been applied in practical, apart from the registration form, the description of the contested products, the above-mentioned intellectual property rights, we encourage candidates to attach documents evaluating the practical use of the products. The authors should attach the product owner's documents or the address of the practical appliance place (confirmed) as follows: Brand assertions product; Confirmation of the product of the parent unit (in the case of internal application).

If the product is a ordering project of another entity (especially state management agencies), additional confirmation of place of purchase / usage agreement are required in order to attend The Vietnamese Talent award.

- A commitment on the accuracy, truthfulness and objectivity of the information and data in the product file of the organization or enterprise (if the product represents the organization or enterprise).

- Prizes and Awards - Votes from Organizations (if applicable)

- The data to prove the authenticity of sales, market share, number of users (individuals and organizations), profits and human resources development. Standard and quality certificates related to the product (if any).

- Community certification, product scientist, brand evaluation of the product ... (if applicable).

Product requirements for the contest

Firstly, the presentation of the product (printed on paper and stored on CD, USB) such as: Description of the solutions and advanced technology; Introduction of Demo products; List of successful practical appliance addresses (if any).

Secondly, accompanying documents to prove that the product meets the criteria of the Potential Prize (for example: software version, hardware product ... written on CD or DVD).

Thirdly, a fact sheet clarifying the specifications of the technical requirements in order to run test products (computer systems, networks, other applications written on CDs or USB)

Fourthly, documents, authentications as required above.

Note: Candidates who registered in the area as overseas Vietnamese: Documents (registration, description ...) using Vietnamese Unicode font code TCVN 6909: 2001; Application when arrived will be confirmed with candidates by telephone or email. We do not take responsibility for any lost due to misplaced sending.
