MYTV comprehensive customer care program
11:15, 08/07/2016From July 6th 2016 to August 18th 2016, a comprehensive customer care program for MyTV service is implemented in 30 provinces and cities: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, Ha Noi, Nam Dinh, Nghe an, Thai Binh, Phu Tho, Lao Cai, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Dak Lak, Thua Thien Hue, Khanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, An Giang, Soc Trang, Binh Thuan, Ca Mau, Hau Giang, Dong Nai, Kien Giang, Lam Dong, Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Tien Giang.
Customers that temporarily suspended MyTV service can enjoy one or several of the following policies when they activate their subscriptions:
- MyTV customers with service time equal to 36 successive months can exchange broken-down STB for new one with no fee (not including broken-down STB's adaptor and remote controller).
- Free maintenance for STBs that aren't warranty cases (not including STB with broken-down main or chipset)
- Replacing broken-down remote controller.
- Many other policies.
