The Prime Minister approved the creation of the Network Infrastructure Corporation, Telecommunication Services and Communication and arrange international Telecommunications Company as destination named by Ministry of Information and Communications.
According to Decision No. 888 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on approving the Scheme Restructuring Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), VNPT's restructuring after restructuring with the company network infrastructure (Net VNPT) and 2 dependent accounting subsidiaries is an independent accounting company telecommunication Services Limited (VNPT Vinaphone) and company Limited Communications (VNPT Media).
Implementing Decision, Ministry of Information and Communications has submitted to the Prime Minister for permission to hold 3 company on the model of the corporation.
According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, the business line of Network Infrastructure Corporation (VNPT-Net) is the telecommunications activities Wired, wireless, satellite and other telecommunications activities; production and wholesale of products and telecommunication services - information technology in the country for VNPT-Vinaphone, VNPT-Media and other operators; consultancy, survey, design, construction, installation, exploitation, maintenance, repair, rental buildings, telecommunication equipment, information technology, communications; other business sectors as assigned by VNPT and conform with the provisions of law.
