In order to optimize usage efficiency and cost savings for families, VNPT has officially launched a special package for families  - "cheap fee, happy family". This is the first and only integrated fee package in Vietnam that meets the full demand of families for telecommunication services at a cost of up to 50% less than using individual services and compared to that of the market.

Specifically, VNPT’s Family package is divided into 6 packages: GD0, GD2, GD3, GD4, GD6 and GD8 at the monthly charge of 235.000VND, 275.000VND, 298.000VND, 398.000VND, 498.000VND and 598,000 VND / month respectively. Each package allows the number of maximum service users being 6, 6, 8, 15, 20 and 25 people respectively.

When using VNPT’s Family package, users will be able to use 3 services: mobile, television and high-speed internet. Members of a service group can use FiberVNN fiber optic cable internet service at the speed of 20MB to 30MB, data sharing service at the capacity of 4.5 GB to 25GB, free MyTV Net service and Fsecure service for 12 months. Mobile calling and landline calling among members are free of charges for VNPT numbers.

One of the prominent advantages of the family’s package is the data sharing feature. With this feature, members of a service group can share Data traffic on devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops). In this form, data rates for each member of the same group will be 65% cheaper than those using personal data packages and 70% cheaper than the average data rate on the market.

In addition, all mobile subscribers using VNPT’s Family package will have free access to MyTV application with 60 TV channels and MyTV Net’s 3 month-worth Film package. 

The integration of multi services into a package not only helps customers save costs but also simplifies contracting and payment procedures as there is only one provider for all services. Customers can also have better service experience as there is only one focal point for technical support and customer care.

Integrated consumption is a trend in many countries around the world, where the packaging of multi mobile and telecommunications products into one product has been deployed by major telecommunications brands such as Vodafone, StarHub, NTT-Docomo, True Telecom in recent years.
