There are several cellular network providers in the world such as Telkomsel and Singtel who have been able to set up a system for rating the performance of network as well as customer experience from the output data of the DPI system. DPI output data can be used to assess:

• Network performance & UX in individual network nodes
• Network performance & UX from different geographical locations
• Network performance & UX when using different services such as Youtube and Facebook
• Measurement of data throughput in network nodes or when using specific services such as Facebook, Youtube or Netflix.
• Analysis of customer access behaviors as well as usage habits on devices such as mobile phones, computers and wifi routers.
• Prediction of network traffic bottlenecks or impulsive increases of user access.
