USSD

Description

The USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) application, developed by Soft, is provided to all VinaPhone customers as a mean to top up and check their account balance.

Balance top-up can be done by either using this application or making a call to 900. It is meant to make the balance top-up procedure free of charge and simplify them by allowing users to perform these actions by only pressing shortcut keys.
