VNPT signs cooperation document with Cambodian partner in the presence of the two Prime Ministers
On the afternoon of October 9, 2026, in Phnom Penh, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet attended the Vietnam–Cambodia Business Forum 2026. Mr. To Dung Thai, Chairman of the Members’ Council of VNPT, participated in the forum and exchanged a cooperation document with a Cambodian partner.
The forum was jointly organized by Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance, the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce, and the Embassy of Vietnam in Cambodia. The event brought together leaders of ministries, sectors and localities, along with approximately 300 business representatives from both countries.

Notably, during the forum, in the presence of Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet, Mr. To Dung Thai, Chairman of VNPT’s Members’ Council, exchanged a cooperation document with a Cambodian partner.
The engagement is expected to strengthen connections and create new opportunities for cooperation between VNPT and its Cambodian partners, while underscoring VNPT’s active participation in promoting economic and investment cooperation between the two countries./.
