VNPT VinaPhone and VAEDR Partner to Develop a Digital Learning Resource Ecosystem
Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Dinh Duc Thu, Deputy General Director of VNPT VinaPhone, along with representatives from the Corporation's specialized units, and Dr. Nguyen Khac Khanh, Chairman of VAEDR, accompanied by the Association's Vice Chairmen.
Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate to build and develop a comprehensive digital learning resource ecosystem. This involves connecting publishers, EdTech enterprises, and digital resource owners with VNPT's technology platform to deliver digital education products and services to educational institutions, management agencies, organizations, and individuals nationwide. The ecosystem is expected to encompass various product categories, including e-books, digital libraries, question banks, testing platforms, virtual exam rooms, and digital transformation solutions for education.
Within the scope of this partnership, VNPT VinaPhone will lead the development and operation of the technology platform and oversee business implementation through VNPT's sales systems and distribution channels. VAEDR, in turn, will be responsible for connecting member units and partners that own digital learning resources, as well as coordinating market development, communications, trade promotion, and research into new digital education products and services.
At the event, VNPT VinaPhone representatives presented the technology platform and the business rollout plan, which will utilize VNPT's sales units, digital ecosystem, and distribution channels. Currently, VNPT's vnEdu digital education platform serves over 32,000 schools and more than one million teachers across 34 provinces and cities, managing over 11 million student records and more than six million digital academic transcripts. With a nationwide telecommunications infrastructure and a sales network reaching into local communities, VNPT possesses a solid foundation to bring educational solutions to all target audiences.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Dinh Duc Thu emphasized that this partnership represents a strong synergy between VNPT's robust infrastructure and nationwide network coverage and VAEDR's expertise in authoritative educational content. VNPT VinaPhone is committed to mobilizing maximum resources and collaborating closely with the Association to rapidly standardize and upload digital learning materials to the system. The core objective is to provide students and the general public with safe, high-quality, and convenient access to online learning platforms.
Highly valuing this collaborative model, Dr. Nguyen Khac Khanh, Chairman of VAEDR, affirmed that the Association would fully leverage its position in connecting stakeholders and disseminating knowledge, while enhancing the quality of content appraisal, to partner with VNPT VinaPhone in creating sustainable value for the education ecosystem.
Moving forward, the two parties will collaborate to integrate digital learning materials into VNPT platforms—such as vnEdu, VNPT eLearning, and others—while establishing technical standards, connectivity mechanisms, data-sharing protocols, copyright management, and information security measures in full compliance with the law.
The partnership between VNPT VinaPhone and VAEDR is expected to harness the respective strengths of both parties, foster the development of a comprehensive digital learning material ecosystem, and deliver high-quality digital educational products and solutions to institutions nationwide, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of the national digital transformation program in education.
