VNPT Pay: Two more essential tax and fee be added to pay online on the National Public Service Portal
Recently, VNPT Pay has completed the connection to allow the
payment of two types of tax and fee: personal tax and vehicle registration fee
on the Payment Platform of the National Public Service Portal. Up to now, VNPT
Pay is the first and only unit to provide this service.
The integration of payment of two more essential tax and fee is closely related to the rights and obligations of each citizen, along with the form of payment via Mobile Money provided by VNPT Pay on the Payment Platform in a timely manner. In a short time, it shows the urgency and determination of VNPT completing the Government's project on development of non-cash payment for the period 2021-2025 and the Decree replacing No.101/2012/ND-CP on cashless payments.

Payment for public and essential services has so far been assessed as having many cumbersome procedures, consuming people's time and effort. Normally, it takes each person 3-5 days, even a week to complete the procedures for paying taxes, fees and charges. Therefore, the integration and expansion of public services on the Payement Platform of VNPT Group has helped people and businesses save time and effort in fulfilling their financial obligations to the Government. In addition, the work processes of the management agency have been basically automated, the procedures and paperwork have been minimized and at the same time, the work pressure has been reduced for the employees. These things have contributed significantly to simplifying payment procedures and making the state budget transparent.

After 2 years of integrating the Payment Platform on the National Public Service Portal, it has achieved impressive numbers: more than 3200 public services, administrative procedures and services. A representative of VNPT Pay said that in the coming time, VNPT Pay will continue to expand connections, aiming to provide an online payment channel for 100% of public administrative services on the National Public Service Portal.
