VNPT Money developping marks in 2022
VNPT Money digital financial system (predecessor is VNPT Pay) is a key service in the field
of digital finance, is also one of 4 development pillars of VNPT Group in the
development roadmap to 2025. In 2022, VNPT Money has made development steps and
imprints in the market of Vietnam's digital financial services.
Change identitied brand from VNPT Pay to VNPT Money
After being licensed for the pilot implementation of Mobile Money in November 2021, VNPT Pay implemented the Money Campaign to change to VNPT Money brand in March 2022 successfully, a series of activities to promote brand communication, to spread VNPT Money closer to customers nationwide, especially the series of events in response to the 2022 cashless day organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper and the State Bank (from the date of the date June 10 - July 10, 2022).
Combining money transfer via Napas switching system
In 2022, VNPT Money also completed the transfer of money via the Napas switching system, helping nearly 1 million customers with Mobile Money account can easily transfer money back and forth to customers at 39 banks.
In addition, the transfer and receipt of money via VietQR code between Mobile Money and Mobile Banking applications also help VNPT Money users comfortable to "no touch" quickly with more than 3 million VietQR users of banks now.

Constantly researching and applying high technologies
In order to meet the strict requirements in the service implementation process, ensure safety, security and improve customer experience, in 2022, VNPT has been constantly researching and applying high technology for VNPT Money ecosystem.
Ensuring customer identification, detecting and preventing transactions showing signs of fraudulent fraud, serving risk management, operating and exploiting business; Promoting creativity of new products, services, derivative services to customers, bringing new utility experiences to customers and bringing revenue value to the service.
VNPT has also effectively applied technologies: Ekyc, AI/BigData, Machine Learning, QR Code, Biometric ... into VNPT Money ecosystem.
Along with that, VNPT Money has also achieved international security certificate PCI DSS 3.2.1 Level 1 - The highest level according to PCI DSS security standards (is a compulsory information security standard for businesses Storing, transmitting and processing management cards managed by 05 international payment organizations such as Visa, Master, ...).

Is a pioneer in the process of connecting payment on the National Public Service Portal (DVCQG)
In recent years, VNPT Money has actively participated in the digitization of public services. After nearly 3 years of DVC National Portal launched and serving the people, so far VNPT Money is considered to be a payment channel that many people trust and choose when paying public services on the gate.
Up to now, this is also the only unit that provides a full range of payment methods on the DVC, including the latest type of payment via Mobile Money.
