Online forum of Vietnamese Talent Awards 2018
In order to publicize the highlights of Vietnam Talent Awards 2018 to the public, the Organizing Committee of the Awards will hold an online talk show about Vietnam Talent Awards 2018 at 10h on August 22nd.
In 2018, Vietnam Talent Awards continue to be launched with the goal of finding, recognizing and honoring talents in the fields of Information Technology, Science, Medicine, Environment and Talent encouraging. Particularly, in the field of IT, the Organizing Committee of Vietnam Talent Awards decided to select the topic: "DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY STRENGTHS".
In order to publicize the highlights of Vietnam Talent Awards 2018 to the public, the Organizing Committee of the Awards will hold an online talk show about Vietnam Talent Awards 2018 at 10h on August 22nd, with the participation of the guests:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Tan - Deputy General Director of VNPT-Media Corporation, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee, representative of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT)
- Mr. Pham Tuan Anh- Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dan Tri Newspaper, Deputy Chairman of the Awards
- Mr. Nguyen Long - General Secretary of Vietnam Association for Information Technology - Chairman of IT Examiner Council
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Anh, Director of the Communication and Emulation Department, Ministry of Health.
- Mr. Ma Hoang Hai - CEO of Rada JSC - 2nd prize of 2017's IT Set-up Category.
According to the Organizing Committee of the Awards, with this theme, Vietnam Talents 2018 will encourage the successful and efficient application of information technology, in tune with the current trend of digital conversion. This will promote the creation of new smart products and applications in various areas of life, especially encouraging start-up products.
To realize the above objectives and honor IT products which follow the technology convergence trend and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Vietnam Talent Awards 2018 has 3 sub categories in the field of Information technology, including Potential Products, IT Start-up Products and Connection-Mobile Products.
In the beginning, the Awards were held to encourage and honor talents in the field of communication and information technology. Over the years, Vietnamese Talent Awards has been expanded to seek and honor scientists in many fields, including Information Technology, Science, Medicine, Environment and Talent Encouraging.
Notably, in 2018, the organizers decided to increase the value of awards for the Information Technology category. Specifically, the contestants in each sub-category will have the opportunity to receive a first prize worth 200 million, a second prize worth 100 million and a third prize worth 50 million, as well as the rewards from the awards' sponsors.
