VNPT Money Refunds 50% of Hanoi Metro Train Ticket Prices When Paying via QR Code
To encourage cashless payments and enhance the smart urban transportation experience, VNPT Money is launching a promotional program offering a 50% refund on Hanoi Metro train tickets when customers pay using the VNPT Money multi-purpose QR code.
Program Information
- Program Period: February 24, 2026 to April 30, 2026
- Scope of Application: Nationwide
- Eligibility: Customers with a valid VNPT Money account (VNPT Pay wallet, biometric verification, bank-linked, or Mobile Money account per regulations)
Attractive Offer
During the program period, customers using the VNPT Money multi-purpose QR code to pay for single-trip tickets at Hanoi Metro ticket gates (applicable to transactions of 8,000 VND or more) will receive a 50% refund of the payment value into their VNPT Money account.
The cashback value is calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer after any other promotions (if applicable) have been applied, rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Quick Payment Method
- Log in to the VNPT Money app
- Select Scan QR Code → QR Payment
- Show the QR code to the scanner at the train station entrance → System authenticates and opens the gate
- When exiting the station, continue scanning the QR code at the exit gate → System deducts the money and opens the gate automatically
Conditions & Notes
- Each customer (01 phone number and 01 document) is entitled to a maximum of 15 offers throughout the program
- No limit on the number of offers in one month
- Offers will be refunded within 72 hours from the time the customer meets the conditions
- The program may end early when the number of offers runs out (announcement on vnptmoney.vn)
- VNPT Money reserves the right to refuse payment of offers in cases showing signs of fraud or abuse
