50% Refund via VNPT Money When Paying for Mobile Packages
From October 4, 2024, to December 22, 2024, customers with VNPT Money accounts (VNPT Pay wallets identified and linked to banks, or Mobile Money accounts identified according to regulations) who successfully pay for VinaPhone packages in the "Data 3G/4G" service through the VNPT Money application will be eligible for a refund. This applies to payments made using VNPT Pay wallets, Mobile Money or Linked Accounts.
50% Refund via VNPT Money When Paying for Mobile Packages
From October 4, 2024, to December 22, 2024, customers with VNPT Money accounts (VNPT Pay wallets identified and linked to banks, or Mobile Money accounts identified according to regulations) who successfully pay for VinaPhone packages in the "Data 3G/4G" service through the VNPT Money application will be eligible for a refund. This applies to payments made using VNPT Pay wallets, Mobile Money, or Linked Accounts.
Promotion Conditions:
• Customers must use the VNPT Money application to successfully pay for the VinaPhone package in the "Data 3G/4G" service (using VNPT Pay wallet, Mobile Money, or Linked Account).
• This offer is not applicable for package renewal payments or automatic payments.
Promotion Form:
• During the promotional period, customers who successfully pay for the VinaPhone package using the VNPT Money application (via VNPT Pay wallet, Mobile Money, or Linked Account) will receive a 50% refund of the payment value (*) (up to a maximum of 30,000 VND per transaction).
• Refunds will be issued after successful payment.
• Rounding principle: All amounts will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
(*) Payment value = the amount the customer actually pays after deducting other incentives (if any).
General Rules of the Program:
• Each customer with one phone number will receive one promotion per calendar month.
• Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after the customer meets the program's conditions.
• Refunds for payment transactions made using the VNPT Pay Wallet/Linked Account will be credited to the VNPT Pay Wallet account, while refunds for Mobile Money payments will be credited to the Mobile Money account.
• If the number of incentives runs out before the end of the program, VNPT Money will notify customers on the website: https://vnptmoney.vn/web.
• VNPT Money reserves the right to withhold reward payments in cases suspected of fraud or abuse.
• Complaints related to the program will be accepted within three working days after the program ends. After this period, VNPT Money will not accept complaints.
• VNPT Money will address complaints within 72 hours from the receipt of the complaint information.
