Paying Electricity and Water via VNPT Money saves 15,000 VND
From August 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024, VNPT Money is implementing a promotion program for customers paying Electricity and Water via VNPT Money nationwide.
Accordingly, the subjects participating in the program include:
- Customers opening a new VNPT Money account for the first time (VNPT Pay wallet account identified and linked to a bank or having an identified Mobile Money account) in the period from August 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024, having an Electricity or Water bill but have not paid via VNPT Money.
- Customers having a VNPT Money account (VNPT Pay wallet account identified and linked to a bank or having an identified Mobile Money account), and have never paid Electricity or Water in the period from January 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024 via VNPT Money.
Promotion form: During the program implementation period, customers will receive one of the following two promotions:
- Customers paying for Electricity: after paying the Electricity bill with a minimum actual payment of 300,000 VND/transaction, they will be refunded 15,000 VND to their VNPT Money/Mobile Money Wallet account.
- Customers paying for Water: after paying for Water with a minimum actual payment of 100,000 VND/transaction, they will be refunded 15,000 VND to their VNPT Money/Mobile Money Wallet account.
(Transactions paid using VNPT Pay Wallet or Linked Account will be refunded to VNPT Pay Wallet. Transactions paid using Mobile Money will be refunded to Mobile Money).
(*) Actual payment amount: is the amount the Customer pays after deducting other incentives, if any.
General terms:
- Each customer (01 phone number and 01 ID card/CCCD/Passport) will receive 01 promotion/program.
+ Case 1: If the customer has paid for Electricity and has never paid for Water in the period of 01/01/2024 - 07/31/2024, when the Customer pays for Water (meets the program conditions), he/she will receive the program's promotion and vice versa.
+ Case 2: If the customer has paid for Electricity in the period of 01/01/2024 - 07/31/2024, during the program implementation period, if he/she continues to pay for Electricity, he/she will not receive the program's promotion. Similar to Water service.
+ Case 3: If the customer has never paid for both Electricity + Water during the period 01/01/2024 - 31/07/2024, during the program implementation period, the Customer who pays the valid bill first (Electricity or Water) will receive a promotion for that first payment bill, ensuring that each customer only receives 01 promotion.
- In case the number of promotions runs out before the end of the
program, VNPT Money will notify on the website https://vnptmoney.vn/web
- Time for customers to receive promotions: within 48 hours from successful payment.
- If the customer wants to refund/cancel transactions that have enjoyed the promotion, VNPT Money will refund the customer the value after deducting the promotional...
- Accounts participating in the program must be accounts logged in using personal mobile devices, not through other simulation tools.
- VNPT Money reserves the right to withhold rewards for consideration in cases where there are signs of fraud or abuse.
- The time to receive complaints related to the program is within 02 working days from the end date of the program. The time to handle complaints related to the program is within 72 hours from the time of receiving the complaint. After this time, VNPT Money will not accept complaints.
- In cases of complaints and disputes, all decisions belong to VNPT Money.
