MyTV launches exclusive SPOTV- sports channel series
The event of launching two channels
SPOTV and SPOTV2 is part of MyTV Television's strategy to bring international
sports channels back to serve audiences after nearly two years of absence in
the Vietnamese market.
On the afternoon 16/1/2024, MyTV Television (VNPT Group) held an exclusive launching ceremony of international sports channels SPOTV and SPOTV2, marking the cooperation with Korean Pay Television Network - SPOTV, belongs to Eclat Media Group.
With the slogan “Join in to satisfy your passion” SPOTV and SPOTV2 give sports fans the opportunity to experience many exclusive international tournaments such as: Grand Prix Motorcycle Racing (MotoGP); US Open and Wimbledon Championships; Badminton World Championships (BWF World Tour, BWF Major Events); Golf Major The Open and The Masters; World Table Tennis Championship...

Starting in the 2024/25 season, King Sport fans can watch football superstars such as Cristiano Ronaldo., Neymar, Karim Benzema or Sadio Mane stride on the field of the National Football Championship Saudi Arabia (Saudi Pro League) on two TV channels SPOTV and SPOTV2.
Also, the SPOTV and SPOTV2 channels are broadcasting a variety of sports tournaments that are slowly becoming popular in Vietnam.such as Basketball, Volleyball, Skating, Athletics,... and many other attractive tournaments.
Mr Nguyen Son Hai, Deputy General Director of VNPT-Media Corporation affirmed that adding two more channels SPOTV and SPOTV2, to serve audiences is part of the strategy to bring international sports channels back to the Vietnamese market after almost two years of absence.
"All important and attractive sports tournaments for Vietnamese audiences are currently available on MyTV Television. Our constant effort is to connect with and meet the sports passion of the Vietnamese audiences, providing the country's sports industry with more opportunities to access and participate in world-class sports tournaments." Mr Nguyen Son Hai emphasized.
In the first time "entering" the Vietnamese market (SPOTV and SPOTV2 are currently present in 10 countries in Southeast Asia), Mr Lee Choong Khay, The General Director of SPOTV hopes that his television experience will inspire the sports fan community to share excitement and passion for their favorite sports, thereby enhancing the physical and mental well-being of the audience.
Two channels, SPOTV and SPOTV2, are provided to new customers who register for Advanced Plus and MyTV Sport packages.; and existing customers are using Silver, Silver HD, Gold, Gold HD, Advanced and VIP packages on all MyTV Television platforms. Customers have the option to sign up online or at VNPT transaction points in all provinces and cities.

In order to spread the spirit of sports, MyTV announced that it would organize the program 'Enter Sports' with three big prizes right at the event - opportunities to attend the MotoGP Tournament at the famous Pertamina Mandalika Racetrack in Indonesia, the event is scheduled for the end of September 2024, and each prize will be worth more than 100 million VND.
At the launching event, one prize had its owner present. In the near future, MyTV will organize more nationwide programs to enhance the excitement and suspense remaining prizes./.
