VNPT-Media and Medlatec: Joining hands to create a digital healthcare ecosystem for every family.
Attending the signing ceremony on behalf of VNPT-Media Corporation were General Director Vu Truong Giang, Deputy General Director Nguyen Trong Dan, Head of Product Strategy Ngo Ngoc Toan, Acting Director of the VNPT VAS Center Nguyen Duc Hung, Deputy Director of the VNPT VAS Center Vu Dinh Vinh, along with leaders of relevant departments and staff of the VNPT VAS Center.
On behalf of the MEDLATEC Healthcare System, attendees included Dr. Nguyen Tri Anh, General Director of MEDLATEC Group; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy General Director of MEDLATEC Group; and several other key personnel.

Under the cooperation agreement, VNPT-Media will leverage its technological strengths to build an ecosystem of products and services for households, including digital healthcare platforms such as remote doctor consultations, integration of healthcare support devices, and intelligent interactive systems. Meanwhile, MEDLATEC will deploy essential medical services such as home testing, early cancer screening, and a family doctor model.
Speaking at the ceremony, VNPT-Media General Director Vu Truong Giang said: “In the context of healthcare shifting from a treatment-based model to proactive monitoring, prevention, and long-term support, each family is gradually becoming a ‘miniature healthcare center.’ There, family members can have their health records managed, receive timely medical advice, and be supported in making accurate and convenient decisions.
“With this orientation, VNPT-Media not only plays the role of a technology platform provider, but also becomes a creator of digital services closely connected to daily life—integrating digital healthcare into the VNPT ecosystem. This will help people access healthcare services as conveniently as they access other essential services. The cooperation with MEDLATEC—a unit with strengths in medical expertise, a modern testing system, and experience in deploying home healthcare services—is expected to create a solid foundation for developing comprehensive healthcare solutions. Following today’s signing ceremony, the two parties will immediately begin coordination and implementation and strive to achieve results as soon as possible.”
Responding to VNPT-Media’s expectations, Dr. Nguyen Tri Anh, General Director of MEDLATEC Group, stated: “We share a common aspiration for service and the capacity for large-scale implementation with VNPT-Media. One party has a strong technology platform, a vast customer data repository, and a comprehensive digital service ecosystem; the other has medical expertise, testing capabilities, and an extensive network of hospitals and clinics. We are collaborating to eliminate geographical barriers, so that wherever citizens are, they can access MEDLATEC’s leading testing and diagnostic services as long as they are within the coverage of the VNPT network.”
During the program, both parties exchanged commemorative gifts, celebrating their effective and prosperous cooperation on the journey of developing digital healthcare in the future. MEDLATEC also donated 10,000 free basic blood tests to VNPT-Media employees to encourage proactive regular health screening through the digital platform.
The signing ceremony between MEDLATEC Healthcare System and VNPT-Media Corporation was successfully held. This collaboration is expected to contribute to improving quality of life, reducing pressure on the healthcare system, and strongly promoting the digital transformation of Vietnam’s healthcare sector in the coming time.
