MyTV Recommendation

    MyTV Recommendation System (RS) is a system which gives recommendations to individual accounts which use MyTV services such as LiveTV, Movies, Music and General Entertainment, etc. MyTV RS allows users to select different types of services and recommendation features for each account. For example, the Movies service gives movies recommendation based on the watched list of another customer which has the same preference, therefore increases the interaction between MyTV and customers in order to improve customer experience on MyTV services. One noticeable thing of this solution is the openness of the system, which allows user to select or define recommendation features by themselves at different times.
