2Friends service allows any VinaPhone prepaid subscriber (subscriber A) to transfer money from his/her account to the account of another prepaid subscriber of the same network (subscriber B).

2. Conditions of Use

2.1. For transferring subscribers:

- VinaPhone prepaid subscribers who are in activity > = 120 days (04 months) from the date of activation can register and use the service.

- Subscribers must be in two-way communication at the time of transfer.

- Account balance > = (amount to be transferred + service charges).

2.2. For receiving subscribers:

- Active prepaid subscribers (including recently activated subscribers)

- One-way locked prepaid subscribers.

- Two-way locked prepaid subscribers whose numbers are still saved in the system.
