Service description: The connecting and exchanging information through telecommunication services, especially voice services, is actually important demand of customers nowadays. However, there is a small number of customers cannot maintain the connection due to the lack of money in their account while they have urgent need to continue unfinished calls or important new calls.
Unlimited calling is a service capable of turning those restrictions into opportunities for customer satisfaction of the service and maximizing network operator’s voice revenue. Unlimited calling allows a prepaid mobile subscriber A (subscriber to make a call) to call subscriber B (subscriber called) even if the account does not have enough money by the form of “voice button borrowed”. Subscribers using this method are calculated based on the results of the subscriber's voice behavior analysis for a given period of time before the demand arises.
