VNPT-MEDIA gets the right to broadcast ASIAD 2018
In order to meet the expectations of sport lovers in Vietnam, right after VOV had the right to broadcast ASIAD 2018, VNPT-Media Corporation has negotiated to get the right to broadcast live this tournament on MyTV. Accordingly, MyTV will broadcast all the matches in ASIAD 2018 currently happening in Indonesia from the channel VTC1, VTC3 and VTC9. Thus, national sport fans can watch Vietnamese athletes competing in the games, especially the most exciting matches of ASIAD 2018 on MyTV.

In the previous week, sport fans all over country had to look for "illegal" channels to follow and cheer for Vietnamese Olympic Football Team as well as the athletes of other sports in the Vietnam sport delegation at ASIAD 2018. Vietnam Television (VTV) had announced that it will not buy the right to broadcast the event.

However, good news came to the fans nationwide. On August 21st, VOV signed a contract with a partner to buy the right to broadcast live notable matches of ASIAD 2018. Right after VOV had the right to broadcast ASIAD 2018, VNPT-Media Corporation had negotiated to broadcast ASIAD 2018 matches on MyTV (IPTV) to meet the demand of MyTV customers.
Accordingly, MyTV will broadcast all the matches in ASIAD 2018 currently happening in Indonesia from the channel VTC1, VTC3 and VTC9. Thus, national sport fans can watch Vietnamese athletes competing in the games, especially the most exciting matches of ASIAD 2018 on MyTV.
